Sing together the Elephant’s song the children learned in lesson 1 and see how much they remember and sing alone.
CIRCLE TIME: REVIEW AND NEW VOCABULARY INTRODUCTION: FLASHCARDS
You have to prepare your own set of flashcards in advance and you may want to laminate them to last more.
Review the shops they learned from Lesson 2 and then put them on the mat. Then ask: “Who works in the Ice-cream truck?” Elicit the answer, either in English or in their first language and then put the Ice-cream man flashcard next to the Ice-cream truck. Go on in the same way for the snack bar man, the barrow boy, the lady from the sweet shop, the grocer, the baker, the butcher. Next ask them to tuch the one you say: “Can you touch.. the barrow boy?” Be sure that every child gives it a try.

PLAY FLASHCARDS GAMES (go and touch…)
At this point I I was wondering how could I make the game exciting and engaging.. Why not having the kids stand up, having them run around and stretch a little while practising new vocabulary? We played this carzy and beautiful FC game: Go and touch
Ask children to store their flashcards in their envelope and to bring it next time. Sing the bye-bye song you are used to and.. See you later alligators! To lesson 4!
